１．部屋に、色のルールを持ちましょう。基本の三色を決めて、それ以外の色はなるたけ外しましょう。部屋がぐんと落ち着きます。
２．窓辺に小さなランプを置いてみましょう。外から見えるランプのともしびが、ひとの気持ちをあたためます。
３．暮らしは夢が支えています。料理、洗濯、掃除、手仕事など、すべて夢が遠くにあるからこそ、ひとは働くのです。
